Counseling Identity Mentorship
Graduate school teaches us how to treat symptoms. It does not always teach us how to become who we are as therapists.
This mentorship is designed for licensed clinicians, graduate students, and recent graduates who want to clarify their counseling identity and practice with greater alignment. Together, we integrate your values, lived experiences, relational style, and clinical training so you can show up with more confidence and less self-doubt. This work helps you move from over performing to practicing with intention.

No. This mentorship is professional development. It is not therapy, clinical supervision, continuing education hours, or case consultation.
We may refer to client work for reflection, but all discussions must be fully de-identified to protect privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance.
You remain responsible for practicing within your licensure and ethical guidelines.

Most training focuses on technique and theory.
This mentorship focuses on integration.
Two clinicians can learn the same model and feel completely different in the room. That difference is identity. When your identity and your training are aligned, clients experience more safety, and you experience less burnout.

Licensed Clinicians: 60 minutes: $175 or 30 minutes: $100
Students & Recent Graduates: 60 minutes: $125 or 30 minutes: $75
