Men & Masculinity
Honest conversations about identity, emotions, and the roles we’ve been taught to play.
What We May Talk About
❋ Rewriting the Script of Masculinity
We’ll explore how to define for ourselves the kind of values-driven man we want to be, rather than reacting to outdated expectations or cultural extremes.
We’ll pinpoint the causes of shame, both internally and externally, and replace feelings of isolation with honesty and connection.
❋ The Effect of Shame on Men
We’ll learn how to identify and articulate how we feel, and then how to process those feelings within ourselves and with the people around us.
❋ Emotional Fluency
We’ll discuss how we can deepen our relationships with family, friends, and acquaintances through vulnerability, initiative, and respect.
❋ Connection and Community
We’ll redefine success around your goals and passions, not just title and income, so you feel accomplished outside of the workplace.
❋ What Does Success Look Like?
We’ll step out of “us vs them” mentality and learn how to be a voice for gender equality while not centering ourselves in the conversation.

FAQs
Who is this group for?
All adult (18+) male-identifying people are welcome.
This space is about expanding the definition of masculinity and respecting everyone’s intersectionality. You do not need to fit into a rigid box to belong here.
Can I do therapy & support groups?
Yes. For many people, this combination is powerful.
Individual therapy gives you highly personalized support. The group gives you community, accountability, and understanding.
What if I cannot afford to attend?
Insurance typically does not reimburse for group therapy, so these groups are self-pay. If cost feels like a barrier, we do offer one discounted seat per session.
